This three-bedroomed flat is right in the centre of Barcelona in Gracia behind one of Barcelona's foremost and most expensive hotels:  Casser Fuster. It is very close to metro and several bus stops making it very easy to get to almost anywhere of interest in Barcelona.

Our daughter is six and we have a large range of toys, books etc.

The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift, but there is a ground floor cupbaord which can be used to store a foldable pushchair and where we keep our daughters bike, skates, schooter etc.

Gracia is one of the most popular residential areas in Barcelona.    We are located about a hundred meters from one on Barcleona's nices squares and our daughters primary school is at the end of the street - there is a great community feel here.  It is a very safe area and  a great place to live.

There are a huge range of restaurants and bars in Gracia and we a few minutes walk from many of the famous modernist building.
